Dues for new undergraduate members are $35.00.  This is a life-time membership.

Dues for affiliate members are $50.00 per year or $300.00 for a lifetime membership

 Multiple applicants can be paid for under one check out.  School and home address information must be completed for each new applicant, however.

  • Choose CONTINUE SHOPPING to return to form to enter information for each subsequent applicant. The form will be blank because each applicant's school and home address must be entered in the database separately and because applicants may have different school addresses (EG: Box 88, Whitmore College or Box 799 Whitmore College). If you have a large number of new members to enter, contact the National Office for a simpler way to process the applications.
