Colleagues, It is now time to submit nominations for the 2006-07 class of the PKD Hall of Fame and the first class of the new Order of Attainment.  My understanding is that I need to bring HOF nominations to the summer meeting for consideration and the process for considering Order of Attainment nominations specifies an August deadline for submissions. The Hall of Fame is the forum where we honor PKD members for life-time contributions to national, province, chapter or organizational forensics and/or PKD.  You will remember that the 2005 class included Gary Horn, David Ray and Tony Allison.  Nominees need not have been national officers and they may also be individuals who served in an earlier era and may also be nominated posthumously. The Order of Attainment is the forum where we honor PKD members for their contributions to society outside forensics.  These contributions may range from the local to the international.  The nominations should indicate how membership in PKD contributed to the nominees' success. Each chapter and each past president is entitled to one nominee per class. Please forward nomination materials to me and any questions as well.
