inactive electronically.

Please use this form to submit an online application to form a new chapter, or to pay annual chapter dues.
Annual chapter dues for Undergraduate Chapters are $60.00. New Alumni Chapters must pay a one-time fee of $60.00, but do not need to pay annual dues. In addition, new chapters (Undergraduate or Alumni) must pay a one-time charter fee of $75.00 if they wish to receive a frameable parchment copy of their Pi Kappa Delta Charter.

| | | | | | | | | Undergraduate Chapter Application: New Undergraduate Pi Kappa Delta Chapters with a local sponsor should submit an application to receive a Pi Kappa Delta Charter by completing the on-line forms on the right. New chapters pay a one-time charter fee of $75.00 in addition to chapter dues if they wish to receive a frameable parchment copy of their Charter. Undergraduate chapters shall have full charge of all activities within the limits of the Constitution and the rules and regulations of the National Organization. A chapter is considered to be in good standing if it pays its annual dues and enrolls members each year.
Inactive Chapter Reactivation Petition:
Inactive chapters may also use the form on the right to request reactivation of their existing Pi Kappa Delta Charters. To return to active status, inactive chapters must pay chapter and provincial dues for the year that has just ended as well as for the current year, and must otherwise be in good standing. A chapter is considered to be in good standing if it pays its annual dues, enrolls new members each year, and has not been sanctioned by the National Council. If a chapter does not meet these criteria for three consecutive years, it will be listed as an inactive chapter, and may not participate in Pi Kappa Delta sponsored events.

- Alumni Chapter Application: Alumni Chapters may be established outside the confines of educational institutions, but shall not be allowed to induct members who have not previously been members in good standing in Undergraduate Chapters. Each Alumni chapter shall provide itself with a constitution, shall meet at least once a year,and shall issue an Annual Report and report changes in membership to the National Secretary-Treasurer. Alumni Chapters shall be assigned to a Province by the National Council, and shall be exempt from fines, fees and assessments of the Provincial and National Organizations, except for the original Charter fees.
